FOOD BLING (edible gold)

Diners who want to feel as glamorous on the inside as they look on the outside are gobbling up a new trend for dishes garnished with real gold and silver.
The sparkly flakes are flavourless and feather-light, so they can be used on sweet and savoury food or floated in drinks.

Generally speaking, there is no danger in ingesting Edible Gold as long a sit is 24 kt pure gold leaf. Gold is an inert metal that simply passes through the intestinal system. Edible Gold will pass out of the body after about 24 hours unchanged without causing any harm or reaction on the body.
